Margaret River has its own affair with cabernet, French oak completing a menage a trois. The fruit has a slightly softer character, measured by the bouquet and in the flavour spectrum.

The tannins, too, are softer and rounder, the finish opening up in peacock’s tail fashion. 14.5% alc.
