2013 Gusbourne Brut

ENGLAND Award-winning Gusbourne is consistently one of England’s best sparkling wine producers, based in the county of Kent, in the far south-east of the country. Made mostly with pinot noir and topped up with pinot meunier and chardonnay, it’s perky and brisk yet has a baked-apple richness, a hint of shortbread and a cheeky hit of cinnamon spice on the finish. Terrific.
