AUSSIE OPEN GETS COOKING
The Australian Open has announced its line-up for the coming AO Chef Series at Melbourne Park this year. Two international Michelin-starred chefs are set to cook – Simone Zanoni from the Four Seasons George V in Paris, as well as Albert Roux OBE from Le Gavroche in London. The two chefs are also bringing their sommeliers with them to pair wines to their dishes. Joining the line-up is Adelaide's Duncan Welgemoed from Africola and Alejandro Saravia from Melbourne’s Pastuso.
