Halliday

2012 Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir

SOUTH AFRICA

-

Not only is this one of the most southerly vineyards in the country, but it is one of the closest to the sea too. While full of raspberry and redcurrant perfume, it also has a darker berry profile, with star anise spice and a touch of black tea no doubt derived from its 10 months spent ageing in barrels.

13.8% alc. $60, drink by 2027
