It doesn’t get more coastal than this estate nestled in by the highest sea cliff in France, the Cap Canaille. This is a bright, organic and unfiltered blend of marsanne with clairette, ugni blanc and bourboulenc coming off 30-year-old vines. It has a refreshing saltiness throughout supported beautifully by honeysuckle, aniseed and lemon flavours.
