It doesn’t get more coastal than this es­tate nes­tled in by the high­est sea cliff in France, the Cap Canaille. This is a bright, or­ganic and unfiltered blend of marsanne with clairette, ugni blanc and bour­boulenc com­ing off 30-year-old vines. It has a re­fresh­ing salti­ness through­out sup­ported beau­ti­fully by honey­suckle, aniseed and lemon flavours.
