2018 Freycinet Riesling

The natural acidity of Tasmania can be a plus or a minus. The timing of picking is based on different parameters to much of the mainland, pH also critical. This wine has hit the bullseye on both parameters: it is fresh, but not visceral, simply adding to the fruit flavours while leaving the finish fresh, suggesting another mouthful is in order. 13% alc.
