2018 Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

An exercise in complexity from start to finish, with a rainbow of flavours anchored by barrelferment notes. Fermentation was initiated in stainless steel, then transferred to used barriques to build texture, not flavour. After a brief stay in oak the wine was sterile filtered and bottled. 12.5% alc.
