2017 Yarra Yering Dry White No. 2

A counterpart to the Rhone Valley-inspired Dry Red No. 2. 60% marsanne, 25% viognier and 15% roussanne whole-bunch pressed straight to used barrels and matured for 10 months. This three-way blend is always given heft by the viognier, but the wine isn’t phenolic, and while full-flavoured now, could be a party trick in (say) three years' time. 13.5% alc.
