New Zealand’s family owned Waiana Estate of Hawke’s Bay is focusing solely on rosé, now with its popular Indian Summer available in Australia. This pale, Provencal-style rosé reportedly has less than half the sugar content of other rosés on the market, and is one of three new releases from the winery.

Keep an eye out for Summer Sault, which incorporates cinsault in its blend, and the limited release, barrel-aged Indian Summer Private Blend.
