KABINETT-STYLE RIESLING FOR KNAPPSTEIN

A project close to winemaker Ben Marx’s heart, Knappstein has released its inaugural Kabinett-style 2018 KS Single Vineyard Riesling ($36.99). Despite its 58 grams of residual sugar, the KS incorporates a firm acid line, citrus fruit aromas and flavours, and a clean, dry finish – the ultimate post-dinner palate cleanser. It joins the 2018 Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling ($19.99), 2017 Knappstein Ackland Single Vineyard Riesling ($36.99) and more experimental 2018 Knappstein Insider Riesling ($30) in the collection, alongside cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and a shiraz malbec blend.
