What do you look for in your semillon? Our Centenarian is a rare, precious relic of Barossa history that looks to capture the essence of rich, balanced old-vine Barossa fruit. We picked early for optimal natural acidity to extract fresh and citrus-driven flavours. Neutral yeast and minimal handling ensures the wine speaks strongly of the vineyard and preserves the natural acidity to support the wine’s structure.
