Pale straw in colour, with vibrant citrus aromas. Our Semillon displays flavours of lime pith, leading to a seamless acid backbone, giving the wine great line and length.

What do you look for in your semillon?

Good balance, fresh upfront flavours of citrus, particularly lemon and lime, and good line and length.

What do you think makes semillon so special?

Semillon has a long history in Australia with the first plantings dating back too the early 1900s and it is one of the most underrated grape varieties in the country. This variety is delicious while young and fresh, but equally has fantastic longevity and ageing potential. Chilled semillon is the perfect accompaniment to fresh prawns and shucked oysters, particularly on a summer afternoon.
