Winemaker: Gary Reed Vigneron: Stephen Drayton This wine starts with a fresh and lively nose, with lifted notes of citrus followed with lemon and lime tantalisin­g the palate with a crisp, acidic finish. A light and refreshing, estate-grown semillon.

What do you look for in your semillon? Typical Hunter semillon characteri­stics of lemon and lime, balanced with an acidic finish. Vibrant and refreshing when young, it has delicious, toasted honey flavours when aged. Grown on free-draining alluvial soils in Pokolbin, our 2018 vintage is a true expression of Hunter Valley semillon.

What do you love about semillon?
