A new chapter for Four Pillars

Yarra Valley gin distillery Four Pillars has unveiled its newly expanded distillery and outdoor gin garden, directly adjacent to the original home on Lilydale Road in Healesville. Designed by Breathe Architecture, Distillery 2.0 has an expanded snack menu by chef Matt Wilkinson, a dedicated gin shop and offers masterclasses and maker sessions.
