Sourced from just 8 rows of chardonnay grown high at 545m elevation in the Piccadilly Valley. Whole-bunch pressed, wild ferment with full solids; matured 7 months in (30% new) French oak. Certified organic. Makes itself at home immediately, with its soft lines and generous aromas of stone fruits, white peach, melon and nutty marzipan.
