100% pinot noir, méthode traditionnelle, disgorged in October 2021. An impressive sparkling wine from the Adelaide Hills. Pale straw in the glass with enthusiastic fine bubbles racing to the surface. Aromas of crisp apple and citrus fruits with some redcurrant notes in the distance. Hints of soft spice, white flowers, brioche, clotted cream, Monte Carlo biscuits and crushed quartz. These characters neatly transpose to the palate which is vibrant and vivid with excellent tension, drive and stony pizzaz. DB 12% alc.
