Hand picked, destemmed with 20% whole bunches, wild-yeast fermentation in small, open pots. Matured in French barriques

(30% new). A finer, more delicate pinot noir than the 2019 vintage, but it retains a similar and singularly impressive wild savouriness. Dusty beetroot, earth, black cherry, anise and wild herb aromas. Fine-edged and sinewy to taste, with an underlying depth of fruit concentration that will build with more time in bottle.
