The maker was inspired by the textural and food-friendly marsannes he made when working at Domaine Jean Louis Chave in the Rhône Valley in 2010. He captures the grape’s warmth and complexity easily in a good year like 2021. An array of ripe scents and flavours in citrus, peach, spiced apple, mandarin skin, apricot kernel, with honeysuckle and jasmine florals.
