2020 Denton Shed Nebbiolo, Yarra Valley

An impressive, deep, ruby crimson. Highly aromatic with aromas of dark, morello cherries, chinotto, licorice root and botanicals such as juniper and bergamot. Super-fresh on the palate, this is both plush and sweetly fruited, yet has plenty of drive and those signature, structured nebbiolo tannins. A beautifully put together and well-priced wine by a winery and winemaker who have really hit their stride with this difficult-to-nail variety. PR 13.5% alc.
