Winemaker Stephen Chambers looks to a higher level of wood-derived flavour and greater lusciousness in his Grand Muscat classification which comes, in big part, from the depth of his astonishing solera system. This will be start of a great fortified love affair for many, such is its sweet abandon into rich raisiny Christmas cake, dried fruit, butterscotch, roasted coffee and alluring rancio nuttiness.
