NEW RELEASES
★ Yarra Valley winery Levantine Hill has released two new premium wines: the 2017
Optume Shiraz and 2017 Optume Cabernet Sauvignon. Both retail for $800 per bottle.
★ De Bortoli has released its first organic wine. Handcrafted from the Hemley vineyard in Riverina, the 2020 Organic Shiraz Field Blend is testament to De Bortoli’s commitment to sustainable winemaking.
★ In June, Best’s will release a new shiraz made from select parcels from its Sugarloaf Creek vineyard. Called the 2019 Hamill Shiraz, it’s named for Frederick Hamill Thomson.
★ Seppeltsfield has unveiled its 1922 100 Year Old Para Vintage Tawny. On sale for $1500 per bottle, it’s the wine’s 45th consecutive release.
