SORRENTO’S CONTINENTAL HOTEL REOPENS

After a $100 million renovation, the long-dormant ‘Conti’ has reopened in Sorrento on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. As well as a 108-room hotel, pool deck, spa and bathhouse, the venue contains a raft of food and drink offerings from publican Craig Shearer and acclaimed chefrestaurateur Scott Pickett. Cocktails, wine and beer have been curated by the Speakeasy Group (behind Melbourne’s Eau de Vie and Boilermaker House bars, among others).
