What do you love most about your region?

The history! As Australia’s oldest wine region, we are able to use this and push the boundaries of what is expected. Whether it is through alternative grape varieties or winemaking methods, new and exciting things are happening in the Hunter. Watch this space.

Describe your wines and how they reflect the region?

We are fortunate enough to have multiple vineyards in different parts of the Hunter. This allows us to produce diversity in styles and source the best range of fruit possible. We source our Hungerford Hill chardonnay from Dalwood Estate, which is the oldest commercially run vineyard in Australia. In simple terms, we take a hands-off approach, letting the fruit shine.
