What do you love most about your region?

I love the unique styles of wines. We are known around the world for producing some unique wine styles, in particular Hunter Valley semillon. Hunter Valley semillon is a wine that looks beautiful and fresh in its youth and then ages in the bottle to a complex and unique style of wine that is not replicated anywhere else.

Describe your wines and how they reflect the region?

Pooles Rock is blessed with some of the oldest vines in Australia. Our semillon, chardonnay and shiraz vines were first planted over a century ago.
