The Yarra Valley has a new food and wine destination

Yarra Valley winery St Hubert’s has completely redeveloped its cellar door, adding a restaurant, events space, boutique wine store, and art gallery, and has rebranded as Hubert Estate. It’s a collaborative effort between Ryan Hospitality Group (behind Melbourne’s The Prince and Nagambie Brewery & Distillery) and Treasury Premium Brands. Plans are underway for a hotel and wellness centre to be built by 2024.
