Translated as ‘My Origins’, the limestone soil and sea breezes on this patch of Sicily provide an absolute haven for top catarratto. This wine bears this out; deep golden colour, rich and round with squishy peach flavours, a hint of spice and savoury straw notes with taut acidity. Sublime Sicilian stuff.
