What would you like readers to know about your winery?

Our knowledge comes from years of experience. We respect the past and look to honour the legacy we have produced.

After many decades of working for others, it was time to jump into the future with our own brand. I have been working in the Grampians since 1993 and fell in love with Grampians shiraz a long time ago. Simply, our wines express spirit of place. We love making great, approachable wine and creating beautiful memories. Wine is for enjoying with friends and family.

For those who are new to your winery, what is the perfect introductory wine?

I will always introduce shiraz to a newcomer, as it competes on the national scale very well, but of late I have also been introducing newcomers to riesling, rosé and tempranillo.
