What would you like readers to know about your winery?

Borrello Vineyards was born out of collaboration, friendship, and our passion for growing high quality grapes. We select premium plots of potent south-west earth and marry them with varieties whose most desirable characteristics are expressed through those sites. We are inspired by natural, low intervention winemaking techniques and focus on quality over quantity, ensuring all wines meet our incredibly high standards.

For those who are new to your winery, what is the perfect introductory wine?

Our 2020 Chardonnay Margaret River shows all the typical intensity and elegance of the Gin Gin variety.
