Wild-yeast fermentation, leaving a touch of residual sugar. Riesling is the winemaker’s great strength and passion. It shows clearly each vintage. You could drown in the aromatic beauty of the scent: white flowers, lime, green apple, lemon zest, spice and musk. Dry and stylish acidity (it’s the only word to describe the combination of bright and soft acidity) caress the palate, mouth-wateringly so.
