2020 Michael Hall Wines Sang de Pigeon Chardonnay, Adelaide Hills

Hand-picked and wild-fermented chardonnay, 25% mlf, aged on lees for 11 months in

French oak. Juicy white peach and nectarine characters abound with dots of soft spice, ginger cake, clotted cream, white flowers and softly spoken oak. A splash of lemon enters the fray on the palate, showing lovely clarity and carry, finishing vivid and crisp with a wash of stone fruit and spice. DB 13.5% alc.
