2020 Corryton Burge Cornelian Bay Pinot Noir, Southern Tasmania

Matured in French oak barriques for 13 months. Aromas of dark cherry fruits with raspberry edges and hints of violets, soft spice and earth, with lighter shades of roasting game, herbs and forest floor. Delicate cherry fruits with a meaty facet and oak spice appearing on the palate, backed by loose, earthy tannins and floral flecks. DB 13.5% alc.
