2021 Brothers at War Peace Keeper Grenache, Barossa Valley

Hand-picked Barossa grenache, 40% whole bunches, aged in a ceramic egg on lees for 10 months, unfined and unfiltered. A redpurple hue, with great clarity and detail, the pure plummy fruits underscored with floral flourishes along with ginger spice and a calm, airy sense of space on the palate. The Peace Keeper is a wonderfully composed and balanced wine with nary a hair out of place. Superb drinking and astonishing value for money. DB 13.5% alc.
