Breakfast banana burrito

diabetes friendly 1 teaspoon macadamia oil 1 medium banana,
sliced lengthwise 1 wholegrain barley wrap 2 tablespoons low-fat ricotta 5 roasted hazelnuts,
roughly chopped 1 Heat macadamia oil in a large frying pan set over low heat. Cook banana slices for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden; remove from pan. 2 Place wrap in frying pan and heat for about 30 seconds per side. Spread wrap with ricotta; add banana and scatter with chopped hazelnuts. 3 Fold sides of wrap to enclose filling, roll up and enjoy!
