di­a­betes friendly 1 tea­spoon macadamia oil 1 medium ba­nana,

sliced length­wise 1 whole­grain bar­ley wrap 2 ta­ble­spoons low-fat ri­cotta 5 roasted hazel­nuts,

roughly chopped 1 Heat macadamia oil in a large fry­ing pan set over low heat. Cook ba­nana slices for about 2 min­utes per side, or un­til golden; re­move from pan. 2 Place wrap in fry­ing pan and heat for about 30 sec­onds per side. Spread wrap with ri­cotta; add ba­nana and scat­ter with chopped hazel­nuts. 3 Fold sides of wrap to en­close fill­ing, roll up and en­joy!
