Light & Tasty Chi­nese Honey Soy Tofu With Noodles

2 x 200gm packs of Soyco Chi­nese Honey Soy Tofu, cubed 400gm of fresh yel­low thin noodles 1 Tbsp sesame oil ½ Tbsp gar­lic crushed 1 small onion sliced 1 small red capsicum, cut into

thin strips 1 bunch of baby bok choy 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 pinch of white pep­per 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

1 Heat oil in wok or large fry­pan on high, put gar­lic in, stir un­til it looks brown­ish for about 1 minute. Add onion and capsicum stir for an­other 1-2 min­utes.

2 Add bok choy, tofu and noodles, stir. add soy sauce and pep­per. Stir for 2 min­utes un­til all heated through.

3 Sprin­kle with sesame seeds and serve.
