Tuna, tomato & capers sandwich
You’ll need …
Tuna canned in spring water (drained), chopped capers, chopped flat-leaf parsley, chopped walnuts, low-fat mayonnaise made from healthier oil, sliced omega-3fortified bread, Tablelands Smart Spread, rocket, sliced tomatoes
1 Combine tuna, capers, parsley, walnuts and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season mixture to taste with cracked black pepper.
2 Spread bread with Tablelands Smart Spread; top with tuna, tomato and rocket mixture.
