1 Com­bine tuna, ca­pers, pars­ley, wal­nuts and may­on­naise in a bowl. Sea­son mix­ture to taste with cracked black pep­per.

2 Spread bread with Tablelands Smart Spread; top with tuna, tomato and rocket mix­ture.
