Meatballs & parmesan baguette
You’ll need …
Pasta sauce, reduced-fat sausages, crusty baguette, Tablelands Smart Spread, rocket, grated zucchini, shaved parmesan
1 Place pasta sauce in a saucepan set over medium heat. Use your hands to squeeze sausage meat out of skins into meatballs. Place meatballs in saucepan and heat until cooked through; leave to cool.
2 Spread baguette with Tablelands Smart Spread. Top with rocket and zucchini, and meatballs in sauce; scatter with parmesan.
Note You can replace the parmesan with reduced-fat tasty cheese, and swap the rocket for lettuce.
