Meat­balls & parme­san baguette

You’ll need …

Pasta sauce, re­duced-fat sausages, crusty baguette, Tablelands Smart Spread, rocket, grated zucchini, shaved parme­san

1 Place pasta sauce in a saucepan set over medium heat. Use your hands to squeeze sausage meat out of skins into meat­balls. Place meat­balls in saucepan and heat un­til cooked through; leave to cool.

2 Spread baguette with Tablelands Smart Spread. Top with rocket and zucchini, and meat­balls in sauce; scat­ter with parme­san.

Note You can re­place the parme­san with re­duced-fat tasty cheese, and swap the rocket for let­tuce.
