Peanut but­ter & jam milk­shake

dairy free For the peanut but­ter milk­shake 1 ripe ba­nana, peeled 3 ta­ble­spoons peanut but­ter

(or any other nut but­ter) 1 cup (250ml) oat milk

(or milk of choice) 2–3 ice cubes To serve Fresh straw­ber­ries, tops re­moved Juice of ½ lime 1 Put all of the peanut but­ter milk­shake in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blend on a high speed un­til com­pletely smooth. 2 Cut the straw­ber­ries into quar­ters and lightly mash them with a fork be­fore di­vid­ing them be­tween two medium-sized glasses. Squeeze the lime juice over the straw­ber­ries and mud­dle them with the back of a spoon to re­lease some of their juices. 3 Pour the peanut but­ter milk­shake over the top of the mud­dled straw­ber­ries and serve.
