broc­coli flo­rets ¹⁄³ cup (50g) frozen peas 1 ta­ble­spoon flaxseeds

(lin­seeds) ½ tea­spoon fresh ginger, grated (or ¼ tea­spoon ground ginger) 1 cup (250ml) freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 3 or­anges)

Roughly chop the ba­nana and add it to a blen­der along with the rest of the in­gre­di­ents. 2 Blend on a high speed un­til com­pletely smooth. 3 Pour smoothie into four small glass bot­tles or glasses and serve them with straws. Note This smoothie is nut free.
