Soyco Tofu sim­ply de­li­cious!

Stir-fried veg­eta­bles with Ja­panese tofu

Serves 4 Hands-on time 25 min Cook­ing time 10 min

1 x 200g packet Soyco Ja­panese Tofu, sliced

1 tbsp se­same oil

½ tbsp gar­lic, crushed

3 shi­take mush­rooms, soaked, then sliced

1 small onion, sliced

½ small red cap­sicum, cut into thin strips

½ car­rot, cut into thin strips

1 cel­ery, chopped

1 bunch baby bok choy, sliced

1 small broc­coli, sliced

¼ Chi­nese cab­bage, sliced

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 pinch of white pep­per

1 Heat the oil in fry­ing pan on medium and heat up sliced tofu for 1 minute on each side.

2 In a wok or large fry­ing pan, heat oil on high, put the gar­lic in and stir for roughly 1 minute un­til it looks brown­ish.

3 Add onion and cap­sicum, and stir for an­other 1 minute.

4 Add the tofu and the rest of the veg­eta­bles, then stir.

5 Add soy sauce and pep­per, stir for 2 min­utes un­til all heated through, and serve.
