Many, many thanks for the 2-week ‘Kick-start weight-loss meal plan’ (Oct, 2017). Hav­ing piled on a few ki­los over the win­ter I was des­per­ate to find a sen­si­ble plan I could eas­ily fol­low. I started on your 2-week plan and found it very easy, us­ing mostly items I al­ready have. I am a vege­tar­ian but found all of the recipes easy to con­vert.
