I found ‘7 rea­sons you’re low in en­ergy’ (March, 2018) re­ally in­ter­est­ing. I now know it’s not just sleep de­pri­va­tion that can make me fa­tigued, but also de­hy­dra­tion, not mov­ing enough and also not eat­ing right.
