CALLING ALL BUSY WOMEN!
How often have you replied to the question ‘How are you?’ with the word ‘Busy’? These days ‘busy’ is the new ‘fine’. Sometimes it’s nice to be busy, but millions of us are now too busy to be healthy (see How to Stay Healthy at Work on page 38 for some easy tips). In a recent survey, over a third of women aged 18–50 said they did not have the time to prepare or eat healthy foods because of family commitments. Let’s face it, when life gets hectic, we tend to let ourselves slip low on our priorities list.
