1 lime, thinly sliced
¼ cup mint leaves,
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup sparkling water
1 x 330ml bottle ginger & lemon kombucha
1 Divide lime, mint and honey between two tall cocktail glasses; crush and stir until mint and lime release their juices and flavours. 2 Divide 1 cup of ice between glasses, then top with sparkling water and kombucha. 3 Garnish with extra lime and mint and serve immediately.
