QMy hus­band, Ben (90), has been rec­om­mended a high-pro­tein diet to help build mus­cle tone to pre­vent falls. He is also on a re­stricted fluid diet (1200ml/day), so pro­tein drinks are not re­ally an op­tion, and due to a par­tial den­tures, he finds seeds and nuts dif­fi­cult to eat. Can you sug­gest some ways to in­crease his pro­tein in­take?
