There was a great ar­ti­cle in your March 2019 is­sue that re­ally taught me a lot about cal­cium in plant milks. I have a dairy in­tol­er­ance and also suf­fer from very low vi­ta­min D lev­els. I strug­gle to get enough daily cal­cium with­out con­sum­ing dairy and tak­ing sup­ple­ments, so I was happy to read this ar­ti­cle which helped me choose a plant-based milk with more cal­cium.
