BIRCHER MUESLI WITH PEACH & MACADAMIA

¾ cup traditional rolled oats 1 tablespoon pepitas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 large apple, grated
¾ cup reduced-fat milk
½ cup reduced-fat
1 large peach, sliced 2 tablespoons chopped roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
2 teaspoons honey 1 Combine the oats, pepitas, cinnamon, apple, milk and the yoghurt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2 To serve, divide the muesli between two serving bowls. Top with sliced peach, macadamia nuts and a drizzle of honey.
