It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a country kitchen with cathedral style ceilings. Outside there is a pool and large entertainment space.
The property also functions as a successful cattle grazing farm and has its own stream-fed dam.
Matt Childs from Pat Rice and Hawkins is handling the sale which will be by auction on April 6 at 11am, where it is expected to fetch a price north of $900,000.
