There’s a real buzz around Melbourne again and gosh it feels great to be back to some form of normality. And the hype is well and truly extending into the property market. Last weekend we celebrated the city’s busiest auction weekend since the pandemic hit, with reserve-smashing sales headlining the action. Check out some of the best results in this week’s market wrap. In some personal news, this will be my last edition as editor. I’m finishing up with News Corp in the coming weeks to take my career in a bit of a different direction. But I can’t deny my love for all things property, so I’m not leaving the field entirely. I’d like to welcome the very talented Samantha Landy to the magazine.
