Planting a vegetable or herb garden Painting

Having a qualified person install a security system in most circumstances

MINIMUM STANDARDS

Include functioning locks, vermin-proof bins, a reasonable supply of hot and cold water, adequate light and ventilation, no mould, and a working toilet, shower or bath, sinks, cooktop, oven and heater. The property must be structurally sound, weatherproof.
