- CLAIRE BURKE

MEET the McClure women — four fit, fabulous mums who’ve beaten every excuse in the book not to exercise.

Led by matriarch Janie, 65, a mother of five and grandmother of 12, along with three of her daughters, Fiona, 43, Alice, 41, and Grace, 35, these ladies know all about being busy juggling work, children and managing a household.

But that doesn’t stop them from pulling on their runners and going for a nice long run to unwind.

“I love having that time to myself and feeling fit enough to be able to run and enjoy it,” says Fiona.

“It’s just a time out and it clears my head,” says Alice.
